Our משנה tells us the fortunes of a person (מטיבין, מריעין) are dependent on his having רוב זכויות. Is this separate from the din of ראש השנה or is this משנה  referring to the din of ראש השנה?
Many פסוקים spell out that if you do hashems will then there will be abundant good, and if not… How do we reconcile this with the שיטה  of ר' יעקב of "שכר מצוה בהאי עלמא ליכא"?
This shiur offers a proper perspective of all the good we have received, and clarifies the essence of Rosh Hashanah.

Is the הללמ"ס that said that there is an איסור ערלה in חו"ל, a standalone halacha, or is it an explanation about the parameters of the פרשת ערלה and really is included in the torah with all the ramifications that come along with that?
Is the איסור ערלה בחו"ל an אסור גברא or is it an איסור חפצא ?
The gemara says that the היתר of ספק ערלה בחו"ל allows you to give ודאי ערלה to your friend, and it is completely מותר for him to eat as long as he doesn’t know of the issur. How can this be considered a ספק, when it is אפשר לברורי בקל?

The חיוב מצות of עבדים כנענים are learned and limited to the mitzvos that women are mechuyav.
