There are two parts to a transfer of ownership 1- מעשה קנין  2-דעת  .
What is the relationship between the two parts?
Is the   מעשה קנין  the main component and there is a תנאי  that you need  דעת,
or are they equal partners in effecting the change of ownership,
or maybe the גמירת דעת  is the entire cause, and the  מעשה קנין is there to solidify his conviction of his  דעת to establish a true גמירת דעת  !?!?

What is the הבנה  in the קנין משיכה? Are you קונה  because you do an action that shows ownership since this is an action usually done by owners (similar to the קנין חזקה) or is משיכה  an action of bringing the object into your domain (similar to קנין חצר)?
Is קנין הגבהה  and קנין מסירה similar, related, and maybe even learned from קנין משיכה , or are they each distinct forms of קנינים  unrelated to each other?

The two massive issues of the sugya are...
1) Is the יציאת שן ועין a קנס  or a תשלומין
2) What is the criteria for the type of מום  that causes an עבד כנעני  to go free. Is it like מומין  that we find by קרבנות or is it a completely different set of criteria.
Would it make sense that these two issues are connected and that the criteria for issue #2 is based on the reasoning of issue #1.
