What is the הבנה  in the קנין משיכה? Are you קונה  because you do an action that shows ownership since this is an action usually done by owners (similar to the קנין חזקה) or is משיכה  an action of bringing the object into your domain (similar to קנין חצר)?
Is קנין הגבהה  and קנין מסירה similar, related, and maybe even learned from קנין משיכה , or are they each distinct forms of קנינים  unrelated to each other?

1) Is the יציאת שן ועין a קנס  or a תשלומין
2) What is the criteria for the type of מום  that causes an עבד כנעני  to go free. Is it like מומין  that we find by קרבנות or is it a completely different set of criteria.
Would it make sense that these two issues are connected and that the criteria for issue #2 is based on the reasoning of issue #1.

Why would this תנאי  not work, what is different about this תנאי  than every other תנאי?
What is the 'יסוד המחל between ר"מ ורבנן?
Could it be that they have 2 completely different understandings of the mechanics of כל מה שקנה עבד קנה רבו?
